Challenge
Sitequiry is our own project. Owners of small websites are usually given vague advice such as “improve your SEO”, “speed up the site” or “get ready for AI”. That advice does not show them where their site actually stands or what to fix first.
AI search has added to the confusion. Some tools promise a “ChatGPT visibility score”, which nobody can measure reliably. We wanted a tool that says honestly what is measured and what is only an estimate.
Goal: A free, honest tool that shows site owners where they stand on SEO, speed and AI readiness, and leads them to an enquiry without pressure.
Solution
One analysis checks the entered URL in four dimensions: SEO (technical checks and how clear the titles, descriptions and headings are), speed (real mobile and desktop Google PageSpeed measurements with Core Web Vitals where Google returns them), AEO (readiness for AI answers) and GEO (how suitable the content is for citation in generative search).
Every piece of evidence in the report is labelled as measured, detected or inferred. When a measurement fails, the tool says so and does not invent a number. The report is free, needs no signup and has no locked sections.
Every result has its own shareable link, and result pages are excluded from search indexing. Anyone who wants the findings fixed sends an enquiry with the analysis link attached automatically. A manual review and implementation are a separate GE-KO offer.
The single-page analysis stays free. For the whole website there is a paid Site Report: it automatically checks up to 20 pages (SEO, AEO and GEO on each, speed for the 5 key templates, broken links, redirects, duplicate titles, canonical URLs and noindex) and within about an hour sends a web report, PDF and CSV with the top 10 fixes. After 30 days it re-checks the site for free. Payment runs through Stripe, and weekly monitoring with email alerts is in preparation.
The site itself follows the principles it checks. It is available in English, Slovenian and German with hreflang links, its structured data is linked to the GE-KO entity, and it has llms.txt and a sitemap. It also includes six practical guides on Core Web Vitals, AI crawlers, llms.txt, structured data, Google AI Overviews and Shopify speed.
