For restaurateurs

Websites for restaurants and inns

"Where do we eat?" is decided on the phone today. The place where a guest finds the menu, opening hours and a reservation number in three seconds wins.

What a restaurant website must have

  • The menu as a readable web page, not a PDF
  • A QR code for tables
  • Always up-to-date opening hours, consistent with your Google Business Profile
  • Photos of dishes and the venue that whet the appetite
  • One-tap reservations: phone, form or a link to your booking system
  • Multiple languages for foreign guests
Summary from this page

A hungry guest is the most impatient visitor on the web: they open your site looking for the menu and opening hours — and if all they find is an outdated PDF or a photo of a chalkboard from last summer, they move on. Restaurants with a tidy web presence get the table; the others get a "maybe next time".

We build websites for restaurateurs made for phones and fast decisions: current offer, opening hours, location, photos and a one-tap reservation.

What a restaurant website must have

  • The menu as a readable web page, not a PDF — so Google and guests actually read it.
  • A QR code for tables — guests scan it and the menu opens on their phone.
  • Always up-to-date opening hours, consistent with your Google Business Profile.
  • Photos of dishes and the venue that whet the appetite.
  • One-tap reservations: phone, form or a link to your booking system.
  • Multiple languages for foreign guests — at least English.
  • Specials on display: lunch menus, tasting menus, events, catering.

How do you edit the menu on your website yourself?

Prices and offers change constantly in hospitality — so we set up the site so you edit the menu and opening hours yourself through the BlocCMS system, with changes live immediately.

We also handle local SEO and alignment with your Google Business Profile, so guests find you when searching "restaurant + town" and on maps.

We also prepare a print-ready QR code — for tables, doors or stands. Guests scan it and open the always-current menu on your website. Because the menu lives online, the code never needs reprinting when prices or offers change — print it once, it works forever.

Frequently asked questions

More questions and the contact form on the enquiry page.

Can I change the menu myself?

Yes — you edit the menu, prices and opening hours through the BlocCMS system, and changes are visible immediately. We're available for bigger updates.

Do you also prepare a QR code for the menu?

Yes — we prepare a print-ready QR code (table stickers, stands, doors). Guests scan it with their phone and open the always-current menu on your website. Since you edit the menu online, the same code never needs replacing.

Does the site handle reservations?

Yes. Click-to-call and an enquiry form are the basis; on request we integrate the booking system you already use.

We have many foreign guests. What about languages?

We build the site multilingual — usually Slovenian and English, with German or Italian if needed. The menu is translated into all languages.

How much does a restaurant website cost?

A presentation website with a menu, gallery and reservations starts at €590 + VAT, or from €39/month as a rental with hosting and maintenance included.
