The site runs on our BlocCMS system, built for staff without technical knowledge: an announcement, menu or date is published by the front office, kitchen or an authorised teacher — through a simple interface, with changes visible immediately. No more waiting for "the computer person" or an external provider.

Editing is split by role: the kitchen manages menus, the front office announcements, and individual departments their own pages. Everyone accesses only their own content.

Children's photos and GDPR — thoughtful, not careless

Schools and kindergartens publish photos from events, but with minors this requires special care: publishing them must be based on parental consent, and galleries should make it easy to remove a photo. We structure the site around these rules — from gallery organisation to quick removal of individual photos.

Forms on the site (enrolment, event sign-ups) are designed frugally: they collect only what's necessary, transfer is encrypted, and we guide you on which consents you need.

Accessibility by law — WCAG, not just on paper

Schools and kindergartens are public institutions obliged to provide accessible websites and publish an accessibility statement. Accessibility is also more than a formality: the site is used by parents, grandparents and users with special needs.

How much does a school or kindergarten website cost?

We offer two clear paths. One-time development: you pay once — a school or kindergarten with multiple units from €1,190 + VAT — and the site is yours; running costs are only hosting and the domain, with optional maintenance for €35 + VAT per month.

Rental: no initial investment — you pay from €69 + VAT per month for a business site (a smaller presentation site from €39 + VAT) with a 24-month term, with development, hosting, domain and maintenance already included. After the term, you only pay for hosting and the domain.
