We also take over the maintenance of websites built by other providers. Before the takeover we do a free technical review — we check the state of the system, updates and security, and tell you honestly what condition the site is in and what we recommend.

The basic package costs €35 + VAT per month and includes updates, security, minor fixes and technical support. The Plus package for €79 + VAT adds an hour of content changes, off-site backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly report. For larger websites we prepare a tailored quote.
No. You can cancel maintenance at any time — we believe you'll stay because of our work, not because of a contract.
Yes. Before taking over we perform a free technical review of the site and suggest the best way forward.
Fixes and adjustments to existing elements that don't require new development — e.g. replacing text or an image, fixing a form, adjusting mobile display. New subpages and new functionality are estimated separately.
If you change your website more than once a month, sell through it, or it is your main source of enquiries. The monthly hour covers typical changes, while the off-site backup and uptime monitoring make sure we notice an outage or error before your customers do.
Urgent issues (site down) are handled with priority, usually the same working day. Other requests are typically resolved within a few working days.
Hosting is a separate service. If your site is hosted with us, you have everything in one place — one contact for all technical matters.
No — basic maintenance is already included during the 24-month rental. This package is intended for websites after the rental ends and for all other websites. More about website rental
