Challenge

BizkoShop is our own product. Small Slovenian businesses, farms and workshops that want to sell online often end up between two extremes: a custom store is too expensive for them, while foreign platforms often handle local specifics with add-ons, from payment by bank transfer to delivery with Pošta Slovenije.

We wanted a store that a business opens by itself, without a developer, and that already includes everything a Slovenian buyer expects: payment with UPN QR and cash on delivery, Slovenian carriers, correct VAT and selling to businesses.

Goal: That a business gets from idea to first order by itself in a few steps, and pays only a monthly rental fee based on the size of its catalogue.

Solution

The store opens on a free subdomain, store-name.bizkoshop.si, with HTTPS and stays a private draft until the owner publishes it. The path to the first order has seven steps: from entering company details through products, design, payments and delivery to a readiness check and publishing.

Products can be imported from a CSV file with a preview or uploaded as a Shopify or WooCommerce export, and old addresses are redirected automatically. Uploaded images are converted to WebP and AVIF in several sizes, so the store opens quickly on a phone too.

The design comes from one of 14 themes for six industry groups, from health and beauty to food, jewellery and wholesale. All themes are in every plan and the features work the same in each, so changing the theme does not mean migrating.

What BizkoShop includes

Slovenian payments
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, bank transfer with UPN QR, cash on delivery and invoice payment for business buyers.
Delivery and pickup
GLS, DPD and Pošta Slovenije with parcel tracking, rates by weight and volume, and in-store pickup with opening hours.
14 themes for 6 industry groups
All themes are in every plan. The theme sets the layout and menu; the owner adjusts colours, fonts and blocks.
Four languages
Slovenian, English, German and Croatian, with translated page titles, hreflang tags and emails in the language of the order.
Selling to businesses
Companies with a valid VAT number see prices without VAT, and in the larger plans they can pay by invoice with a due date and a credit limit.
A store that works like an app
Every theme is built for phones first and works like an app (PWA), with a sticky header and a side cart drawer.

BizkoShop is publicly available at bizkoshop.si with clear pricing: four plans, Start at €29, Rast at €89, Pro at €179 and Napredni at €299 a month including VAT, with the first 14 days free. With annual payment you pay for 10 months and get 12 (bizkoshop.si pricing, 10 Oct 2026).

The platform has 64 features and options across 14 areas and 20 AI requests a month in every plan. A connection with our invoicing app Bizko, which will issue invoices with tax verification, is in preparation.

Do I need my own domain for BizkoShop?

No. Every store gets a free subdomain, store-name.bizkoshop.si, with HTTPS. You can also connect your own domain.

Can I move my store from Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes. Upload products from a Shopify or WooCommerce export or from a CSV file with a preview; redirects of old addresses and images are carried over automatically. How BizkoShop works
