Website pricing
An honest, transparent look: what affects the price, what different types of websites cost and what's included. No hidden costs, no surprises.
Website price by type: presentation, business, online store
The cost of a website in Slovenia ranges from a few hundred to several thousand euros — depending on scope, complexity and whether it's a simple presentation site, a business site with more features, or an online store. That's why there's no flat answer to "how much does a website cost"; but the price can be clearly explained so you know exactly what you're paying for.
At GE-KO there are no hidden costs. The project price covers everything from the first conversation to launch — concept, unique design, development, responsiveness for all devices and technical SEO. Hosting and maintenance are billed separately, yearly, and stated clearly in advance.
All prices exclude VAT and are indicative — every project is unique. After a short chat we prepare a no-obligation quote with an exact price.
Two proposals with the same total price can include very different things. Before deciding, check at least the following.
How many pages, languages, forms, integrations and custom features are included?
Is the design tailored to the business or based on a generic template? How many revision rounds are included?
Who prepares and enters copy, images, metadata and translations?
Are titles, meta descriptions, canonicals, sitemap, robots rules, redirects and basic structured data included?
For a redesign, who maps the old URLs and prepares 301 redirects?
Are Search Console, analytics and enquiry tracking included?
Who owns the code, content, domain and accounts, and what happens if you change provider?
What are the ongoing costs after launch and what does the maintenance service actually include?

The lowest starting price is not always the lowest long-term cost. Before accepting a proposal, check what it actually includes: design, mobile optimisation, technical SEO, content, analytics, support, ownership of the code or system, and the costs after launch.
Our philosophy is simple: fewer pages, but ones that truly work for you.

Both are possible. We offer a one-time purchase or monthly rental (presentation site from €39/month, business site from €69/month), which includes development, hosting and maintenance with a 24-month term.
Development is separate from hosting and domain. We arrange both and state the yearly costs clearly in advance — no hidden items.
Send an enquiry with a basic description. Within one working day we'll reply with a proposal and no-obligation quote.
Beyond the final price, a proposal should clearly define the scope of pages and features, design, content preparation, technical SEO, migration and redirects, analytics, timeline, approval process, maintenance and ownership of the domain, content and system. That makes proposals comparable by actual scope, not just by price. Proposal checklist
