After the term ends
What happens after 24 months of rental?
After the 24-month term expires, you no longer pay the monthly rental price. Only annual hosting and domain renewal are charged for continued operation.

Is rental only for smaller presentation websites?
No. A multi-page business website can also be built within the rental. For more complex projects, the price is adjusted according to the scope.
What is included in the monthly rental?
Website development, hosting, domain, SSL certificate, BlocCMS and basic technical maintenance are included.
Is SEO optimisation included in the rental?
Basic SEO setup is included in the price and is not an add-on: every site gets proper page titles and descriptions, a sitemap for search engines, clean URLs, fast loading and mobile adaptation. That is the technical foundation without which search engines cannot read you properly. More extensive content and keyword work is a separate service we quote for individually.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes. The website includes the BlocCMS system through which you can edit the agreed content yourself.
What happens after 24 months?
The monthly rental ends. Only hosting and the domain are paid for continued operation.
Do I have to pay for maintenance after the rental ends?
No. The maintenance package is optional after the rental ends and is available for €35 + VAT per month.
What does hosting include?
Hosting includes 5 GB of space, 5 email accounts, one MySQL database, one FTP account and an SSL certificate.
What if I already have a domain?
An existing domain can be used if it is technically suitable. Domain management is agreed before the project starts.
Can new subpages be added later?
Yes. New subpages, larger upgrades and additional functionality are estimated and charged separately.
